How often should I take Master Tonic?
To support a healthy lifestyle, one "shot" (5 ml to 10 ml) per day, If you need extra boost, take up to three tablespoons

(5 ml x 3) over the course of the day.

 For children 2 years and above, 2.5 ml to 5 ml daily or thrice a week. Instructions on how to take Master tonic is on our label. DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DAILY SHOT DOSE AND ALWAYS DRINK A GLASS OF WATER AFTER A DAILY SHOT.

When should I take my daily shot?
You can't go wrong with 'when to take master tonic'. Many prefer to take a shot in the morning while others take a shot during lunch time or before bed. Most people prefer taking it in the morning because they believe it gives their body a good boost. DRINK A GLASS OF WATER AFTER TAKING A SHOT.

Is Master Tonic the same as Fire Cider?
Yes it is, Fire cider was trademarked by a company and many herbalist and other companies were not allowed to use fire cider, however, this led to many calling it master tonic. The great news is that thousands of people signed a petition asking the company to remove the trademark. In October 2019, after years of legal battles, Fire Cider was now free for all to use. We were introduced to fire cider as master tonic and have grown to call it Master Tonic.

How would you describe the taste of Master Tonic?
Master Tonic is spicy and tangy, taking a shot daily makes you get use to the flavour and most importantly it is very good for your health. All you need is 5 ml to 10 ml a day.

Yes we are, The PHY only uses Organic ingredients.

Can I take it while pregnant?

Yes, we use raw organic apple cider vinegar with "the mother"

You can use as a daily shot, mix into your favourite drink or tea, use in salad dressing and condiments. It is also used in marinades, sauces and soups.
